Yesterday was Crevier BMW’s 12th annual Ultimate Drive event benefiting our client, the Komen Orange County Affiliate. Anyone who showed up could test drive a new BMW, and for every mile driven, $2 went to Komen OC (BMW donated $1 per mile and Crevier BMW matched with another $1).
A crowd of breast health advocates, survivors and Beemer-lovers joined us, as well as some local media:
I’m happy to report that the event was fun and successful, despite the freak thunderstorm! (By the way, this is some very weird Orange County weather we’ve been having.)
This was taken a few minutes before the sudden crack of thunder and the drenching downpour that followed shortly after. Note the ominous clouds looming in the distance.
If you’re sorry you missed yesterday’s event, the BMW Ultimate Drive is also going on all day tomorrow, Saturday, at BMW of Sterling in Newport Beach. Hopefully the rain won’t decide to show up again.
